Engineering Digital - Quality and Compliance Digital - let's introduce ourselves
Our cluster Quality and Compliance Digital is enhancing engineering value flows with digital solutions. The primary stakeholders for our products are our colleagues in the Engineering and Quality departments. The product in the scope of this Product Owner will be based on legislation in different markets as well as end-user requirements to support effective and fit-for-purpose flows. As a Product Owner, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the digital solutions to meet the requirements. The current solution setup will provide you with great learning and collaboration opportunities, being curious, having the courage to challenge old truths, and daring to make decisions are your trademarks.
What you'll do
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction and development of our current and future solutions. You have the end-to-end product responsibility including operations and you will own and drive the vision and digital roadmap; both long-term and short-term. You prepare and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with other product owners, stakeholders, and development teams and communicate the priorities and progress.
You will follow agile practices working in 2-week sprints and 12-week increments. However, we are pragmatic about frameworks and are constantly evaluating how to work in the best way, applying common sense to ensure as much value as possible.

You also have:
* Advanced English communication skills
* Experience working with highly visible projects in an international environment
* Experience facilitating workshops
