Picture this: You'll be part of the Android SW domain, collaborating closely with creative minds from the Infotainment squad and beyond. We've got teams spread across the globe, cooking up SW magic for the all new Smart Dash. You'll dive into our team in Södertälje, helping shape the future of SW development for Scania.
Your to-do list includes stuff like:
• Steering the ship by prioritizing the team's development work.
• Representing the team towards the management teams, other SW development areas and other stakeholders.
• Taking charge of daily scrum sessions and other team rendezvous.
• Ensuring that your teammates evolve and grow into the full-fledged SW professional that you already are.
We're looking for someone who's a leader and a team player, down-to-earth, and open about their work. Sharing knowledge? It's your jam. Problem-solving and thinking outside the box? Second nature.
You've got a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field. Leading teams is when you feel at home. JIRA is where you plan your everyday life and if you've got a knack for Android programming with a dash of Automotive applications know-how, we're already impressed.
