Skincity is now looking for a Technical Product Owner who is used to work in projects with external suppliers and wants to be on this constantly changing journey. You'll be a part of our Technical Development team - TechDev, today a small team with big plans.
You will do
As Product Owner you will be a key person in driving upcoming projects, coordinating our business needs and translating them in to technical requirements, as well as driving the external partners a long side of us. You will be facilitating and managing communication of needs and issues from all parts of the organization. We offer the opportunity to excel in your leadership and drive changes to meet our customers high expectations.
Be a part of the daily maintenance on our systems, such as e-commerce platform, ERP, communication systems and other high critical system.
Act as a facilitator and coordinator in the ongoing discussions with our external suppliers.
Follow up and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks and risks proactively as project progresses and suggest solutions and recommendation to stakeholders.
Roadmap planning and TechDev team estimation.
Collecting requirements from key stakeholders and suggest prioritization.
This position will give you autonomy and the chance to form our way of working internally, both in the TechDev Team and in the company. You will get the chance to have impact in technical strategy, structure and future system selections.
Your experience
You have worked or want to work as a Product Owner. You have been managing different projects simultaneous. You are used working according to agile methodologies and want to inspire others to grow. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and orally.
Experience of ERP or similar communications systems
Profound understanding of high critical systems
Experience of E -commerce and/or retail platforms
AWS
GIT
Agile methods (Scrum/ Kanban)
Bonus points
Worked as a system developer
