What you will do
As Product Owner for the BB&TV Squad in our FMC tribe, you own, plan and prioritize the development backlog for your squad. We work every day on making every interaction that our customers have with us valuable to both them and us. You will be responsible to secure that we maintain our current Billing Support System and be an important driver in transformation of our fixed business and move it to a newly developed system.
Your efforts will be visible in financial numbers as well as in the customer experience. Together with a highly skilled team of developers, solution architect and the agile team lead, you will drive how Telenor handles our broadband and TV customers.
You will be responsible for the backlog of our BBTV squad and synch the backlog with relevant stakeholders, in order to secure maximum value. You will play an important role in driving a transformation of our fixed business. As Product Owner, you will work cross functional in our organization and act as cross teams project manager. You ensure that you understand the teams needs in order to succeed and work to resolve blockers.
* Develop a solid understanding of our BSS stack and help business POs to come up with new use cases and drive a higher value from the solution and investments.
* Develop the team and play a critical role in making Telenor Sweden self-reliant on making the best use of the tools

Your chapter and squad
The BB&TV squad is responsible for development and maintenance of the BSS stack for our fixed business. You will be a key part in the continued development of this system and the journey to transform in the near future. You will do so as a part of a team of senior product owners managing the backlogs of neighboring Systems and APIs.
Who you are
To succeed in the role as Product Owner at Telenor, we believe that you have several years from a leading position. You have experience from system development on a professional level and you are a curious person with a strong will to learn. We think that you have an understanding of Telecom ecosystem and/or previous experience from Telecom operator.
You have a can-do attitude, and you are willing to challenge status-quo and test new ideas. We think that you have the ability to make complex analysis and you are able to see the helicopter perspective as well as the details. You have a strong customer focus in everything you do and also a strong business-mind.
