We are looking for a Product owner for our website who is passionate about web technologies, conversion rate optimization, our customers, our vision and works with us to make Natural Cycles a global success.
Job description
The Product owner of Natural Cycles website is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating a team of developers and designers dedicated to the project in order to achieve high level of performance and quality in delivering the best website there is. Understanding the data, fast iteration to test new creative ideas and A/B testing will be crucial parts of making our website a success.
Essential Job Requirements
• You will work with the team to articulate the vision and setting roadmap for the? Natural Cycles website and web sign up flow.
• Team Management - you will be responsible for your website team consisting of developers, designers and data experts. Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high level of quality for the team.?
• Managing expectations for project deliverables within, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you and the team provides for the company's short- and long-term goals
Qualifications
• You have experience working in a web/product analytics or insights role and have conducted A/B tests
• You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense.
• You are capable of tackling loosely defined problems.
• Balanced business/technical background:- Sufficient level of technical understanding to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
• Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
Skills
• You are an experienced Product Owner
• ?Analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Creative approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
• You know how to communicate with stakeholders, as well as working closely with a team of engineers
• You are experienced in setting and executing on a product backlog, balancing innovation, maintenance and support
• You are experienced with working with agile development teams
• You care about the end user, and see the connection between the platform and the experience
