Do you as a Lead Product Owner (LPO) want to lead product development of the Continuous Delivery and Deployment (CDD) product, which is at the forefront of the latest and tomorrows IT practices and SW development models? The CDD Product is a key enabler for BDGS Digital Transformation and how BDGS will implement "the code that never sleeps" for all our products. The CDD Program/PDU is designing, developing and releasing the cloud native based SW Delivery Pipeline (CDD), which is the new CI/CD SW delivery model for both PDUs and customers NWs. CDD is executing CI/CD on both VNFs and Cloud Native products and services, both in Product CI phase in R&D including CD phase out to operators NW. This year, CDD is becoming a commercial product with the option for customers to buy and directly operate the SW Delivery Pipeline in their cloud NW.
What you will do
Work as the Lead Product Owner of Product CDD with following responsibility and mandate (working close with CDD SPM and CDD Development):
CDD product feature content released is aligned with user (PDUs/Products), market (MAs) requirements as well as BDGS requirements
Work together with Operational Pos (OPOs) to secure feature requirements are met/adapted-correctly during continuous CDD design/development
Ensure implementation/compliance of/with generic product requirements (GPRs)
Be in control of CDD features from Main Requirements (MRs) to release (run continuous feature OSGs)
Ensure efficient and effective product information management towards CDD users
Ensure building relationship with PDUs and SAs.
Collect and manage requirements and inputs from users (on CDD).
Make product decisions in regard to development priorities, feature content, GPRs, Life Cycle Management, etc.
Ensure CDD compliance with product security requirements
Drive CDD OPBR
Drive Feature OSG
Ensure CDD compliance with legal, trade and IPR requirements
Ensure that the requirements stipulated in the product security and privacy regulation are complied with within the area of responsibility (work with CDD Security team)
Ensure Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) strategy for CDD
You will bring
A solid track record of achieving delivery timelines and leading others to deliver on their accountabilities
A can-do mindset with a high sense of urgency
Good understanding of the R&D flow as well as of Lean and Agile methodology
Good collaboration skills for working closely with Programs, PDUs, Regions, and other Ericsson partners
The ability to break down barriers to support a speedy execution in a high pace environment
A sharp eye for finding opportunities for improvements as well as leading those
Good leadership/communication skills combined with good technical ability and interest in the area of CI/CD
Good ability to drive and coordinate for flow optimization of work tasks and improvements
Good ability to lead innovation and adapt and responding to change and challenges with a big "yes, let's do it"
Be curious, open-minded, collaborative team worker, perseverant and committed to the TEAM success
Be eager to work with and learn the latest technologies and IT practices
Good knowledge in CI/CD and Cloud
