Responsibilities
This role contains a broad area of responsibility and also gives the opportunity to structure and form the way of working.
Ownership of Outbound system(s): Act as the Capability Owner for our new Transportation Management System (TMS), overseeing the integration and optimization of the system within our operational framework.
Comprehensive System Management: Beyond overseeing our TMS, ensure the development and implementation of supporting materials, training sessions, and detailed information to facilitate user adoption and operational efficiency.
Business Processes Evaluation and Integration: Analyze our current processes to identify improvements, efficiently managing the integration of multiple systems with our TMS.
Strategic Vision and Detailed Planning: Continuous develop the strategic roadmap for the business area, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals, focusing on both the big picture and the finer details of implementation.
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct detailed requirements analysis to understand business needs and design solutions that seamlessly integrate with our existing processes and systems.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders across various levels and functions, securing alignment, anchor directives and driving consensus.
IT and Business Collaboration: Ensure a close working relationship between IT and business teams, so technology solutions effectively meet business requirements.
Continuous Improvement Advocate: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our ways of working, promoting a culture of innovation, efficiency, and digitalization.

Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or IT related areas
Proven experience as a Product owner, preferable in Logistics, TMS and/or IT projects
Good understanding of IT development processes and IT terminology
Background as a Project Manager is a merit
Knowledge within agile work methods e.g. Scrum and/or Kanban
Ability to prioritize and lead self and others
Skills in data analysis and visualization tool(s), e.g. Power BI
Excellent communicator, written and verbal communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with problem solving approach and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
