We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our central e-commerce team in the Business Area Europe APACMEA . The core focus of this team is to develop and leverage new routes to market, delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As a Product Owner, your mission will be to execute our D2C E-commerce vision within Business Area Europe APACMEA , with the primary objective of enhancing the consumer experience and driving online sales growth across all our product categories.
What you'll do:
Electrolux has an ambitious D2C growth strategy which includes utilising Marketplaces as a platform for E-commerce. Marketplaces is an area with a lot of growth potential in both Europe and Asia. The role is located within a new cross functional product organisation working according to agile principles with a dedicated engineering team.
The Product owner is responsible for evaluating product opportunities and defining products to be built. The key challenge is to efficiently utilise the available resources to bring as much commercial success as possible within the product area.
The Product Owner will have end-to-end ownership of the entire value chain from ideation to release and lifecycle management. Therefore, it is important to have a broad skill base that covers both technical and commercial understanding. Communication and coordination skills are key as this is a central role with many different stakeholders who need to go in the same direction to be successful.
Marketplaces is a new and expanding commercial area for Electrolux. This means that the PO will be given the chance to shape the ways of working and build a foundation that enables the commercial success in marketplaces. To be adaptable and have a flexible mindset is important, as is to be driven and goal oriented.
In detail you will:
• Gather requirements and ideas from stakeholders and markets.
• Prioritize requirements based on company strategy.
• Develop a roadmap with timelines and stakeholder management.
• Deliver roadmap aligned with business needs and stakeholder scope.
• Communicate new releases clearly with detailed documents and processes.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for new features.
• Focus on business benefits through feature experimentation and continuous development.
• Act as main contact for sales organization support.
• Manage backlog items ensuring alignment with business needs and metrics.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with other Product Owners.
• Provide subject matter expertise to product teams and stakeholders.
• Engage with work stream leads regarding resources and expertise.
• Launch new features with clear communication to achieve business goals.
Who you are:
• University degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Owner or related roles, demonstrating proficiency in applying Scrum principles and practices.
• Proficiency in owning, organizing, and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Ability to break down deliverables, plan releases, and monitor product performance effectively.
• Experience in gathering data, creating documentation, and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience from marketplace commerce and/or third party fulfilment models is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in the HQ in Stockholm.
