Transport Efficiency Tools develops tools and modules supporting transporters of goods and people in improving efficiency, profitability and sustainability. We are today around 100 employees and consultants and we are a part of Connected Services and Solutions organisation, which constitutes its own business area within Scania.

To further continue the development of Scania's connected services offering, the group Equipment Services has recently been established. The group will focus on connecting assets and equipment such as trailers, cranes and Scania Engines to our current offering. We will also continue to develop our external API's and integrations offering.

We are therefore looking to strengthen the team with a Product Owner focused on external API's and integrations.

Job description
As a Product Owner within Equipment Services you will be responsible for the identification, analysis, detailing and prioritisation of customer needs. You will plan and lead the development all the way to an implemented solution and continuously communicate with all relevant stakeholders.

Since the development is a team effort you will need to communicate and coordinate your work with other Product Owners within the organisation and keep yourself well informed on what is being developed by neighbouring teams to ensure efficient synergies.

You need stay up to date on technologies, trends and principles regarding system integrations and the IT-landscape within the transport and logistics area.

You will also together with the dev-ops inspired team assist the sales organisation with your expertise in the area during offering, sales and implementation, and when needed, help maintain a professional support dialogue with customers.

Your profile
You probably have an academic background within engineering/IT/system analytics and possibly a few years working experience, preferably within the area of integrations and/or as developer.

Your way of working is well structured and you are capable of making tough priorities. You work to serve the customer and you are service minded. A prerequisite is excellent communicative skills allowing you to effectively communicate with different types of stakeholders, in text as well as verbally.

You have a basic understanding of the concepts and technologies regarding data integrations and genuine interest for new technologies in general.

Fluency in English is a requirement. Some travelling will be required since you will be responsible for collecting customer requirements within the area.
