Supply Chains rely on visibility and transparency to manage effectively processes and changing customers' demands. Though, the "changing" aspect of this process, requires us to constantly evaluate multiple scenarios and simulate different alternatives needed to make effective decisions. Here is where we want to apply technology, in terms of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models, to optimize our costs, improve our processes and automate our decisions. We have around 25 use-cases now and a results-oriented agenda to onboard great talent to execute our plans.
Our Exciting Opportunity !
You will lead the Product Lifecycle in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan. You will collect and maintain requirements. Other parts of your role will include safeguarding and governing the product Total Cost of Ownership, (TCO) solution design, integrations and architecture in adherence to overarching principles and frameworks.
As a Product Owner, you will
Take the lead of Agile Teams as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction to the development team and partners
Be responsible to define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on; prioritizing backlog items based on vision and overall product scope
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, responsible to define cycle and sprint backlog entries (e.g. activities, user stories)
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Be responsible to maximize the product value from customer / end user perspective to continuously improve the OKR defined for a specific MVP
To be successful in the role you should have
Previous working experience as a Product Owner
Strong customer / end user focus to build a comprehensive vision
Direct operational and hands-on experience
Orientattion towards a result with a track record of delivering results
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
Ability to work in sprints
Understanding that Adoption is the outcome
MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Problem solving skills and a vision
