hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.Scania Logistics has taken the decision to replace the current digital platform where we collaborate with our suppliers (e.g., confirm material deliveries) into a new platform developed by one of the brands within TRATON Group, RIO.
The platform will be used externally by our suppliers to confirm the amount of goods/pallets to be picked up in a certain day but also internally, giving input to our transport (TMS), material and packaging planners.
Our vision is also to develop a platform that increases the synergies among the brands within TRATON group and we are looking for a Product Owner who has the ability to create the path towards this vision.
As a Product Owner you will have the chance to innovate, create new ways of working, break down old paradigms and work with an international and agile environment that includes all the TRATON brands. Assignment description:
As a Product Owner, you work closely with appointed software development teams and business experts and are responsible for maximizing the value of the team deliveries. You will work closely with the RIO's product owner and you will be the customer's voice to their deliveries:
Clearly expressing backlog items: Make sure that the backlog is in order, that the goal is communicated to customers/stakeholders and that tickets are sliced in a way, so the outcome of each user story delivers value to the customer. Define backlog items (epics, user stories, etc) and ensure that the teams understand items in the backlog to the level needed.
Product roadmap - Identify capabilities, services and processes that will be needed from the TRATON brands and align the roadmap with relevant stakeholders together with RIO.
Capture business requirements - Capture and document requirements for development. Clearly expressing team backlog items. Secure that the requirements for all the brands within the TRATON Group are documented, aligned and addressed.
Reusability - Together the team strives for standardized, reusable and modular implementations.
Guarantee deliveries according to business needs - Always keep the flow going! Help the team with directions and make sure operations, development and everything in between is working smoothly on a daily basis.
Your profile
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, continuous improvement and increasing transparency.
• You have solid experience working with Agile methodologies and have a genuine interest to implement agile ways of working to accelerate time to market
• Customer focused - can put yourself in the shoes of customers, are able to recognise and understand different customer types and can assess what customers value most
• A good communicator, with skills in visualizing and clarifying a message to an audience.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude to work and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Genuine interest and curiosity to learn/understand more about Logistics processes and way of working.
