Lynk & Co is seeking a Product Owner to manage the enterprise Subscription & Fleet Management platform. As Product Owner you will work collaboratively with our global team to optimize our subscription and fleet capabilities. The Product Owner will work in the space between the Product Management organization, business stakeholders, and the agile development teams. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:llaborative, co:spirit environment. You should dare to challenge the status quo and share our passion to do things differently. The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes global responsibility hence will require occasional travel.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Work closely with the Subscription & Fleet Management team and stakeholders across the organization to define product strategy based on an understanding of customer buying behavior, Lynk & Co business direction, and anticipated market and technology trends
• Have ownership of the Subscription & Fleet Management platform and develop clear product roadmap and vision to improve enterprise fleet utilization, efficiency, and productivity
• Realize program vision and drive product development process through creation of detailed narratives, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development teams to execute
• Own and prioritize team backlogs and implementation
• Drive sprint planning and review activities and accept the iteration increments
• Lead release planning and testing processes for global products efficiently and effectively
• Ensure a coherent architecture and supporting technical roadmap
• Secure SLAs and service lifecycle management

Profile and Background
• Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements
• Driven problem solver who has the capability to switch focus from the details to the big picture and responds to changing priorities
• Domain knowledge of Vehicle Administration, Insurance Management, Contract Management, and Credit Management activities
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies
• Tech-Savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
• Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
• Fluency in English - both oral and written
• Ability to travel
