hela Sverige Are you passionate about how to build and ship a great eCommerce experience? We are now looking for a Product Owner for eCommerce within Clas Ohlson, who will play an important role in enhancing our current eCommerce channel across the Nordics.

About the role
As our Product Owner eCommerce you will be responsible for defining and iterating an excellent digital experience of our eCom channel (clasohlson.se/no/fi). To be able to define product vison and roadmap, you need to have a solid understanding of user needs and how to craft digital eCom experience that meets those needs and delivers business value for Clas Ohlson. As Product Owner you will be leading a scrum team developing and operating our current eCom channel, as well as driving the development of our future eCom site.
Some key responsibilities will be to:
• Define the product vision and strategy based on data and insights on customer needs/behavior
• Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to define OKRs and product roadmap
• Continuously run experiments and break down larger features in smaller stories
• Validate outcome of deliveries and be responsible for the overall performance of the product
• Own the product back-log and prioritization based on business goals and value
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional agile team
Who are you?
You are self-going, proactive and have excellent communication & collaboration skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. We see that you have 3-5 years of progressive and diverse experience in the digital product development area and a proven track record working as Product Owner in ecommerce. You also have:
• A strong business acumen and a strategic, as well as commercial mind-set and analytical skills to make decisions based on hard and soft data.
• Good knowledge of the technology landscape in eCommerce, digital channels.
A relevant education from a university, college or polytechnic is desirable, otherwise you have acquired the corresponding knowledge via work experience. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
