We are in an exciting transformation to enable Scania's objective to be the leader in sustainable transportation solutions. And we are looking for a Product Owner to join us on this exciting journey!
Connectivity at Scania is one of the key components in Scania's "driving the shift" strategy. At Connected Systems, we develop and operate Scanias IoT solutions. It spans from in-vehicle, via Telecom to the Scania back-end platform.
Connectivity in general is all about Data. Data in large volumes in a flexible and usable way is a key success factor for organizations that want to survive the digital shift. Scania today has over 600.000 (and counting) vehicles and other products connected online.
What do we offer?
Scania R&D is now on an amazing transformation journey to work in a new agile landscape. This means that we collaborate cross-functionally through the value flow toward our customers. Together with the team's Scrum Masters, you'll lead 2-3 cross-functional teams of around 15 team members in total.

You have the skill to prioritize work within the team, as well as collaborate and coordinate work with other teams. And you have the interest and ability to motivate and help others and strive to deliver solutions.
To succeed in this role, you have extensive experience of working in agile teams and your leadership skills tell you that you should take the next step in your career.
Your main responsibilities
• Owning and prioritizing the team's backlog through regular backlog refinements
• Contribute to priorities in the VCT backlog together with the Product Manager.
• Be involved in agile PI planning as well as the team planning
• Own the team roadmap, defining what the team should deliver both short and long term
• Understand and work towards the customer needs and the agile value pull
• Lead your team's development and support in making necessary decisions for quick development
Fluency in English both written and oral is required.
