We are now looking for a new Product Owner for our Cloud and Dashboard development.
In this role you will be responsible for generating ideas and implementing great products within the current overall digitalization offer strategy. You are part of the Product Management team and report to Head of Product Management.
The role and responsibilities
The Product Owner is responsible for determining and driving "how"the product should work to meet the customer needs and business goals. You represent the customer internally by translating customer value into product features. The Product Owner works closely and collaboratively with the Product manager for Digitalisation to determine how best to achieve the offer strategy.
The Product Owner is responsible for representing the customer internally, defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features for the team.
As a member of the Product Management team, the PO is heavily involved in program backlogrefinement and prep for PI planning and also plays a significant role in the planning event itself. Before the planning event, the PO updates the team backlog and reviews and contributes to the program Vision, Roadmap, and content presentations.
With input fromSystem Architect, development teams and PM the PO has the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog.
Other tasks for the PO might include (but are not limited to)
• Iteration Planning
• Just-in-time story elaboration
• Accepting stories
• Participation in team demo/retrospective and iteration retrospective
• ProgramExecution

Cloud, dashboard and IoT is a new field for Beijer Electronics and existing knowledge from IT and cloud development is a plus. We work with Agile development, with scrum for the teams and SAFe (Scaled agile framework for enterprises) for the organisation at large. Work experience in Scrum and SAFe is a positive.
In this role you will take an active part in driving the team and its tasks. You are self-going and able to motivate others. You should be structured and have a natural strong drive and high level of ambition. You will be a strong problem solver and achieve your goals through a collaborative approach. The role also requires great communication skills and the ability to interact with people in a diverse environment.
