Within Vehicle platform Solutions and Architects, you find outstanding opportunities to develop your skills and grow as a professional. In close collaboration with colleagues in R&D, Streams and ART: s, you, and your team have the primary responsibility to build, maintenance continuous integration product (CI), be involved and build the different test riggs needed. You and the teams focus are to secure the CI product at Vehicle platform that support the company's and overall business development and daily operations.
And ultimately - you will contribute to a superior experience for the people who buy and drive a Volvo.

Vehicle Platform develop functions and systems within mechanics, software, electronics, control theory and hardware that will handle the car's ability to steer, brake and handling on the road. Heat up and Cool down the compartment and batteries for propulsion. Lock and alarm systems and functions.

Let us describe the challenge we offer
Complete responsibility for CI as a product, for Vehicle Platform responsibility for CI Infrastructure and rigg responsibility. As a PO you will handle and prioritize the backlog for the Product and create features together with the team. Balancing performance, security, robustness, and time to market in fast paced development - those areas are the first to be needed when developing new products.

You will work closely together with the test architect and the Team manager as a triad to develop the product and the team. As this is a completely new group at Vehicle platform you will participate to build up and develop the team from start.
Teams' responsibility will be the knowledge center of flow from rigg to Complete Car. Standardize the communications soft-ware languages. Educate and inform the ART about WoW and new methods/ processes.
CI Infrastructure Team build and assist in using integration in MIL, SIL and HIL Environment and take care of maintenance of all riggs.
You will work in a creative environment, with all ART: s in Vehicle platform that is constantly implementing new functionality, where we both focus on developing the product but also the individuals. We are organized according to SAFe and want to build empowered self-organizing teams that act proactively, take responsibility, and strive to build a great product for the end customer.

The person we are looking for:
• is flexible and enjoys changes as you will be working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. You are a servant person, experienced problem solver. As a person you also apply creative thinking to issues and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data. You like different challenges in different areas, willingness to learn.
You are a self-starter with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably, you are energetic and truly motivated by creating new solutions together with the cross-functional team.

You and your skills:
• You are a proven leader with previous experience as a Product Owner or similar roles.
• You also possess an academic degree (B.Sc. or higher) within a relevant area.
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential in an international environment.
• System integration (System thinking, decisions considering the whole CI system) Stakeholder Relationship
• You have knowledge within microservices and containers (Docker).
• You need to have a valid driver's license B.
• Knowledge about Mechanical and electrical system
