Our department plays a big role in Scania's data strategy to deliver Business Intelligence Platforms. We enable and enhance data to enforce our employees to perform at their best by providing excellent solutions that increase and secure the right decisions to reach and exceed the business goals. The role

You will be a part of a squad consisting of System Administrators, BI architects, DevOps Developers working towards a Business Intelligence (BI) Platform on premises and cloud. You will be part of a ''like-minded'' team that has a passion for working with BI solutions and together you will create a lot of value for the customers.You will be involved and contribute to the CoE's in the organisation.

You will be the bridge between the stakeholders, the development- and support teams. You will strengthen the vision for the capabilities of our BI Platform, On Premise and in Cloud. Ensure our focus on Security and Cost and set up KPI's for the follow-up to ensure the quality of our deliveries. You will manage and prioritize the needs of our vast number of stakeholders and balance them to our need to deliver a robust, automated and cost-efficient platform. You will also manage the development to utilize the team(s) in the most efficient way. Examples of "daily business"

• Keeping track of our backlog and planned deliveries and project involvements.
• Work with the Architect and the Agile lead in making sure we do the right thing, the right way at the right time for our deliveries to be successful.
• Communicate all key deliveries, commitments and changes, including requirements, schedule, and scope.
• Be the contact to our customers, understanding and managing their needs and expectations Managing team capacity to match planned deliveries.
• Ensuring Platform incidents are handled within the agreed time frame and that action is taken to prevent future occurrence.

Who are you

You have:

• Solid experience in the Product Owner role, or from a similar role, including leadership and the skill to take decisions and handle high pressure.
• A degree in computer science or equivalent
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

It's a big plus if you have:

• Experience working in the Cloud Environment and Data Engineering is a merit.
• Experience in Scrum ceremonies
• Knowledge of Oracle, PowerBi, Snowflake, Matillion.
• Experience and enjoyment of agile methods and DevOps to deliver value continuously.

You take responsibility for your own and the team's development and are happy to drive improvements, within both processes and tools. You are a team player person who dares to take initiative and easy to make yourself adjustable to different situations and work conditions. You have the ability to connect with users and their representatives, being able to understand their requirements and analyse the risks in adding a new tool in the BI platform.
