Come and join us at the Electrification Development department in an exciting role as Product Owner for the team Energy Domain Data Analytics! The team is responsible for the data stream Time series data within the domain Battery System and Energy Systems Control, as well as providing analytics to the organisation and educate & collect needs for analytics from the organisation. All this right in the forefront of driving the shift towards a sustainable future!

What you will do
As the Product Owner in the team Energy Domain Data Analytics, you will have the over-all responsibility for the strategic planning and leadership for the team delivering Time Series Data, the data stream sent from the battery control unit and from the energy management control unit to the cloud. Our team is truly dynamic and cross-functional, comprising a diverse range of roles, ranging from software development to function ownership to data science. We're at the forefront of analytics within our domain, collaborating closely with neighbouring teams on exciting projects such as an upcoming external battery analytics initiative, as well as ventures into machine learning and advanced analytics.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe you:
Are skilled, or have the interest to learn, data analytics and big data management in cloud.
Are eager to learn more and also to facilitate the development of the knowledge domain data analysis further on into the future.
Have a clear understanding of what stakeholder management is.
You have great interpersonal communication skills along with a true inclusive and empathic leadership mentality.
You should also have a can-do mentality and collaboration skills.
Have a great interest in leadership and are eager to build and maintain a tight and agile team.

We believe you have a university degree in engineering or that you have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills through work. Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is mandatory.
