We target both leading online merchants and millions of Nordic consumers seeking superior digital payments and consumer finance products. In addition to our E-commerce business we have also successfully released D2C saving and loans products, apps, self-service website and merchant-facing interfaces.
Qliro is now looking for a passionate Product Owner to join the Merchant product team. You will be working with a friendly group of developers from diverse backgrounds, with a strong focus on delivering a quality product and never short of ideas regarding improvements to the products.
Besides being responsible for the continuous improvement of existing products you will also be developing new features and products. In Qliro, we use agile values at the core of our mindset and Scrum as the framework to enable prioritization, focus and continuous improvements.
What you will do
- Evolving the product vision and continuously challenging standards for how things are working, to find improvements and strive to make things better for our clients
- Collaborating with stakeholders during the vision refining and concept development of new product features
- Acting as the "voice of the customer" by maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure that the development team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to the end users
- A fine balance of leading, managing and collaborating with a development team, ad hoc resources, business partners and stakeholders for the product
- Communicating to stakeholders within the organization and involving resources from other teams to make sure new products are seamlessly integrated into the company's product portfolio and operations
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
Who are we looking for?
- Axperience of working in relevant digital consumer companies
- We are looking for a motivated individual with product development and/or product ownership skills
- Experience from a multi-product, multi-team environment
- You are passionate about solving problems and improving the customer experience
- You have a good design eye and your goal is always to improve the merchants or customers experience using our products
- You have a good understanding when it comes to technology and you are used to working closely with development teams and communicate business requirements to the technical the organization
- Some experience from the payment industry is a great bonus
