Metry is growing and we need to expand our product team. Weare looking for aProduct Owner to grow with us.With 100+ customers and ambitious goals for further growth, product development is a priority to keep Metry scalable and growing.
Who are we looking for?
You have experience within software product management, and you know Agile/Scrum/Lean workflows and what makes a perfect user story. You have worked in a product related role for several years and enjoy engaging with development team and stakeholders to consistently deliver value for our customers.
You are a highly-motivated and outgoing personwho likes to coordinate and organize people and tasks. You are proactive and self-motivated, analytical, structured and have a sunny attitude. Since we are a multi-national team, we expect you to have excellent English skills (spoken and written).
The role
As aProduct Owner, you will work broadly with software development and digitization of energy statistics. You'll have a great opportunity to influence our future product development processes andyou will have several different product development-related responsibilities.Owning the backlog, you will work closely with a high-skilled development team and the product team to realize the product road map.
Responsibilities
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Product Manager to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
• Collaborate actively with your scrum team during the sprint
• Regularly verifying quality of development team's outcomes
• Synchronize development efforts with sales, support, and marketing
