The challenge
Working at WirelessCar you will be part of a fast-phase, dynamic and ever-changing organization. We are looking for a driven, communicative, customer focused Product Owner for one of our Customer Programs.
The Product Owner is responsible for what, why, and in what order something is done by the team. The Product Owner 's primary focus is to make sure the team delivers the intended customer value. At WirelessCar we have a SAFE-inspired way of working with a strong appreciation of agile methods and servant leadership.
You will:
• Identifying and delivering value to the customers
• Contribute/promote existing and future capabilities to vision and backlog
• Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
• Define stories and acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements s in the team backlog
• Drive iteration goals through prioritized stories
• Accept stories as done
• Update stakeholders on plans and progress weekly
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Prepare the teams for next SAFE PI planning
• Participate in SAFE PI planning and support team in priority decisions and discussions
• Ensure that context, goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the team
• Be responsible for team development finance
• Contribute to capacity planning for the team
• Support Line Managers to identify competence development needs
At more senior levels you will also mentor peers, hold trainings and support development of the Product Owner role at WirelessCar.

Who you are
• You are a strong communicator and a doer with strong self-motivation and result oriented mindset
• You have experience of, and enjoy working with external customers
• You have a technical background and are well familiar with SW development
• You have experience in working in an agile organization, preferably experience working with the SAFE-framework
• You are fluent, written and verbal, in English and preferably in Swedish as well
