Your Mission

As a Product Owner within Motion Control & Powertrain you will support the development teams with effective coordination and align the work between the teams, organization and suppliers. You'll coordinate the work together with other departments and teams such as prototype workshop, purchasing, marketing, software etc. to ensure aligned planning and efficient execution.

In this role, you will:

* Coordinate Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various parts of the organization to align resources and support for technology and new developments, product maintenance etc.
* Plan and Organize: Manage activities involving supplies, rebuilds, prototyopes and ensuring that everything is in place when needed.
* Guide the Teams: Oversee back-logs, set priorities, coordinate hardware and control algorithms development and help the teams work efficiently toward shared goals.
* Monitor Progress: Track time estimates and actual outcomes, ensuring activites stay on schedule and suggest corrective actions.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge and understanding combined with a result and business-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and planning skills to keep teams aligned and projects on track. A genuine interest in the product and its application is beneficial. You'll bring:

* Effective Communication & Coordination: Ability to engage with teams and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment across the organization.
* Technical Project Management Experience: A background in project management or experience as a product owner is highly beneficial.
* Customer Focus: Committed to understanding customer needs and supporting the development of solutions that deliver real value.
* Structured & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and ensure progress in a complex environment.

Location and Travel

This position is based in Örebro, Sweden and offers a hybrid work model (up to 49% remote). If you're applying from another country and are successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
