We are in the process of developing a new feature for Scania (and TRATON) that promises to be a game-changer in our ability to create innovative solutions. The complexity of this project has prompted us to assemble some of Scania's brightest minds, complemented by capable leaders and ambitious developers. Today, many companies have adopted Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for their software development. Some have even successfully implemented CI/CD for both software and hardware within specific product platforms. Our mission is to create an automated pipeline - an integration-as-a-service solution - that allows designers to Build, Configure, and Trigger relevant tests for both software and hardware across the complete Scania modular system.

Who you are
Are you an innovative thinker with a fervor for influencing the development of cutting-edge products? We're in search of a dynamic and seasoned Product Owner to join our forward-thinking team, where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of CI capabilities and bring a strategic mindset to product ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Product development process from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize features.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Define and communicate product vision and goals to the development team.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Background in the IT industry and/or the automotive industry is desirable.
• Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in leadership and SAFe framework.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactively drive initiatives to enhance project delivery, such as improving code quality and suggesting changes to ways-of-working.
• Successful track record in a team-oriented environment using agile methods.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
• Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional interaction.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Swedish language is bonus to have.
