Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to expand our product team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As our new Product Owner, you will join a team of Product owners and be responsible for the short-term roadmap for one of our core product areas. You will make sure Teleopti continuous to lead the way in innovative software for Workforce Management and you will have the opportunity to work closely with users at the world 's most advanced contact centers. This is a highly autonomous role, with the freedom to develop and implement your ideas as part of an innovative and collaborative team.
How about the job?- Responsible for the 0-6 months roadmap for System Integrations and API's
• Provide input to the long-term roadmap.
• Ensure that functionality for these specific areas meets customers' needs
• Negotiate and discuss priorities, estimate development time and scope with stakeholders
• Manage relationships with counterpart at key technology partners
• Manage memberships with key technology partners and keep them updated on changes
• Work closely with Agile coaches and Integration Engineering team to create understanding for the road map and to ensure that we deliver high throughput and high quality on time.
How about you?
• First and foremost, you must be passionate about business analysis, driven by identifying the needs of stakeholders and enjoy the collaboration with Engineering to ensure that requirements are implemented.
• You have excellent communication skills in English. You thrive with communicating on all levels; with internal and external stakeholders as well as with development teams.
• You have experience from System Integration
• You understand Agile development methodology; Teleopti use Kanban to limit the number of parallel tasks for each team to ensure short lead times and high throughput.
• You enjoy working closely in a small team and have the confidence to make key decisions, work autonomously and express ideas and opinions.
