Product Owner Autonomous Systems, Sensor Platform

At Scania, we're not just transforming the transportation industry - we're creating a future where innovation and sustainability thrive. If you're someone who enjoys collaborating in a close-knit team, whether it's in the office or from the comfort of your home, and if you're ready to make a difference in cutting-edge projects, then we invite you to be part of our journey.

As Scania is driving the shift from being a conventional supplier to a pioneer in complete and sustainable transport solutions, our Autonomous Systems Development section takes the lead in developing on-board software for autonomous driving within confined areas.

What we do
Welcome to the Sensor Platform team, where we're the driving force behind all the sensors that power our autonomous systems - Cameras, Lidars, Radars, RTK, IMU, and more. A thrilling journey awaits us, and we're searching for a new product owner who's ready to play a pivotal role in this transformation.

Who We're Looking For
Are you an enthusiastic product owner with an agile mindset and experience in methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe? You'll thrive in owning and prioritizing the team's backlog while facilitating task distribution. Our job isn't just about developing innovative solutions; it's about turning them into practical realities.

As a great communicator, you understand the power of clear communication in a structured yet creative environment. You're adept at inspiring your team to reach for new heights. Your focus on customer satisfaction guides your priorities, aligning seamlessly with our product vision.

Your journey might include a background in fields like Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering, coupled with a keen interest in Robotics and Automation. You've already gained valuable work experience, and you're ready to bring your expertise to the table. We warmly welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, valuing fresh perspectives and shared experiences.

What we can offer
Your days will be dynamic, filled with cross-functional collaboration and inventive problem-solving. At Scania, we've got your back with a competitive compensation and benefits package. You'll relish a flexible work environment that allows you to balance time at the office, witnessing your team's efforts in action on test tracks and customer sites, and making the most of your home office setup. While flexibility is key, occasional visits to our fantastic test track are part of the journey.

If you're intrigued and eager to learn more, we'd love to connect. Join our team and contribute to the future of transportation. Together, we're steering innovation forward.
