We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a product owner, responsible for building a cohesive and knowledgeable team focused on electric vehicle charging integration for Scania trucks and buses. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of electric mobility and contribute to the advancement of sustainable transport solutions.
My name is Annika Grundberg and I work at the heart of our global initiatives within charging management and would like to work with you to excel in the area of charging.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble, be a part of and coach a team of experts in electric vehicle charging integration.
• Drive the team's knowledge acquisition in electric vehicle charging technology and establish a deep understanding of how Scania vehicles can effectively work with charging network providers.
• Challenge the status quo by identifying innovative solutions and strategies to optimize the integration of Scania vehicles within electric vehicle charging networks.
• Establish and maintain strong industry networks and partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the electric vehicle charging ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electric vehicle charging capabilities into Scania trucks and buses.
Qualifications:
• Solid experience in electric vehicle charging integration and knowledge of relevant industry standards and protocols.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and their integration within electric vehicle charging solutions.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively with external partners and stakeholders.
