About the role
The Product Owner (PO) is the main accountable for a set of products within the B2B product segment. The PO shall manage the life cycle of the product(s) according to the company strategy and market needs. The PO will act as the main interface towards the development teams as well as other stakeholders. We are looking for a Product Owner. preferably from a med-tech or health-tech background who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with ADHD.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for the life cycle management activities of the Product(s).
• Work closely with Product Manager to ensure alignment to long term roadmap and product vision.
• Break down high level requirements into well-defined feature requirements /epics/ user stories.
• Improve and define requirement specifications and other documentation.
• Maintain and prioritise product backlogs.
• Work closely with a team consisting of designers, developers and testers to groom and define features.
• Project Management of releases according to set up processes (QMS).
• Participate/contribute to certain scrum/agile processes from the product standpoint.
• Ownership of product collaterals as well as other product compliance documentations.
• Follow lean and agile principles towards development and evolution.
• Responsible for driving the team output and efficiency.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you must have experience from a Medtech/Health-tech industry. You are proactive as a person, driven by continuous improvement. You are a team player who is self-propelled and like to multitask and make things happen.
We are looking for someone who has
• Several years' experience working as a Product Owner, having a strong track record of building software products.
• Prior experience from Medtech/Health-tech industry, preferably working with a software medical device.
• A practitioner of modern product development best practices.
• Experience and knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 13485 and ISO 27001).
• An understanding of software development methodologies.
• Ability to take initiatives, learn and lead.
• University degree in science, life science or relevant business subject.
