On behalf of our customer, who is a global leading company that manufactures household appliances, we are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join the product development team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring that the team is working on the right things to meet business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
• Develop a deep knowledge of the physical appliances in your area of responsibility. which is Washing Machines with integrated dryers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, and ensure that the team is always working on the most valuable items.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make informed decisions about what to iteratively improve.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about product progress and to gather feedback.

Qualifications
• You have 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• You have experience of working in an Agile development environment.
• You have experience with data analysis and product metrics.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, engineering).
• You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Meritorious if you have experience working with hardware products.

Personal qualities
To succeed in the role of a Product Owner we believe that you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are a fast learner that can take initiative and deliver with minimal supervision. Further more you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have a understanding of product development and design principles.
Salary
Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week with the possibility to work some days remote. The position will start 15-03-23 and the assignment is expected to run til 14-09-23, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Stockholm.
