We are currently hiring for the key role as Product Owner for our to join our growing team in our office in central Stockholm.
About Formulate
Our mission is to help retailers make better, data-enabled decisions that save time, drive sustainable revenues, and (perhaps most importantly) reduce waste. We help campaign planners at bricks-and-mortar retailers (like Coop and 7-ELEVEN) and online retailers (like Mathem), to optimize their promotions. To do this most effectively, we've developed a solution that's part analytics suite, part planning tool. We provide insights; we also make sure they're actionable.

About the position:
As Product Owner at Formulate you will be a key player in managing the short term road map, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to arrive at the best solution for the clients and our tech team.
You will report to our Chief Product Officer, who together with the CTO leads the product development team.
Common tasks & responsibilities will involve:
Maintain the long term road map
Be visionary about the future of the solution
Participate in technical and architectural discussions
Prepare and prioritize tasks for the team
Document, communicate and demonstrate features and solutions for stakeholders
Facilitate agile ceremonies
Ownership of the product backlog
Synchronization on all above with other Product Owners
Assist our operations and sales team in answering questions about the product and the roadmap
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, additional European languages is a plus
Higher education
Experience with agile software development
Experience from B2B, data heavy apps is a big plus
Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights
Highly collaborative and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
You're good at building relationships and can communicate complex concepts on different levels depending on your audience.
