Due to intensive growth, the GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite a Product Owner to the Automotive project.
The project aim is to optimize and extend with new features Automotive Solution. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive solutions which will be deployed in the newest European cars. The project is considered technical excellence and we are paying huge attention to the technical challenge and motivation of our team members as well as excellent compensation. In our project, we are building a computer-in-the-car architecture - key for enabling innovation within areas such as advanced connectivity, machine learning, and autonomous drive
Requirements:
Mandatory:
1+ years as PO / Product Manager // we need a person to represent GL onsite, he/she shall already have experience
3+ years of experience in automotive, worked with V-model process
5+ years of experience in SW R&D
Excellent business communications skills
Good design and analytical skills
Good leadership skills
Good knowledge of software development and verification process
Deep understanding of Agile methodology
Good understanding of SCRUM, SAFe
Fluent upper-intermediate English
Willingness to learn
Ability to proactively analyse problems and drive solving
Comfortable with context switching
Team player
Takes responsibility and gets things done
Would be a plus:
Background as System/Software architect / Business analyst / QA / SW developer
Experience with RTOS
AUTOSAR, ISO26262, ASPICE
Experience with JIRA/Confluence
Good knowledge of CI/CD
Job Responsibilities:
Product ownership of HAL and related applications to enable the integration of multiple components within an ADAS platform.
As a contributor to the product management function within the ART, the PO will need to:
Drive process improvements across Product Management team
Contribute to the Program Backlog and prepare PI events in cooperation with the Product Managers
In addition, the PO works with development team(s) and will be required to
Ensure reliable and continuous release of value-adding solutions
Assist the team in backlog preparation including assisting in building, refining, and maintaining the team backlog including defects and enablers
Keep process of user story creation, refinement going and time adequate (just in time story elaboration)
Facilitate user story "Acceptance Criteria"
Facilitate team demo and involve relevant stakeholders - both internally and externally
Motivate the team and seek feedback
Share the organization's vision, answer the team's questions and listen to suggestions
