The Product Owner will be responsible for :
• Reinforcing a Customer Centric culture across the Company.
• Coordinating the Overall Product Roadmap for Travellink Corporate.
• Define and manage a Product Strategy for Travellink Corporate.
• Managing and coordinating the POD.
• Leading transversal initiatives impacting the PODs.
• Ensuring the standards of consistency and quality are met by the POD.
• Defining Product goals and targets.
• Acting as a Product Owner of a specific POD and supporting key and strategic projects.
Responsibilities when acting as a Product Owner:
• Creating the Product roadmap for multiple projects.
• Managing the Full lifecycle product management (from concept development to tactical execution).
• Monitoring on a daily basis KPI’s and understanding the product performance.
• Identifying and proposing product improvements based on solid data and market perspectives.
• Analyzing and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with Business.
• Work closely with Stakeholders to understand business needs and user needs.
• Working in coordination with the development team to execute, deliver and improve the product.
• Ensuring product objectives are fulfilled.
• Managing project development and defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and creating contingency plans.
• Driving the product development with a team of engineers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• University degree.
• Strong leadership skills
• Technology passionate.
• 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry (previous focus on conversion in travel industry will be preferred)
• Strong knowledge on web platforms and new technologies.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Excellent communicator.
• Previous experience as Product Owner.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Problem solver and a “can do†attitude.
• Loves challenges.
• Result driven.
• Proficient English required (More than 2 languages will be a plus).
• Experience in international environments.
