Your.Rentals is now looking for a Product Owner to take responsibility for a group of products on our platform and deliver new features from conception to delivery. You will be joining a growing international Product team with members in Malmö and Hanoi.
This position is full-time (6 months probation) and based in our office in Malmö. Our preferred start date is 1 October.
What will I be doing?
As a Product Owner you will develop and deliver the vision and long term strategy for multiple products and ensure that these align with our company goals. You'll be responsible for delivering high value features and functionalities and continuously improve them based on our customer's feedback.
Build a strong long term roadmap for our Agile development team.
Identify new opportunities based on our customers' feedback and market research.
Work closely with the Business Analyst to create solid and detailed requirements.
Plan and prioritise development sprints based on business value and ROI.
Define data and reporting requirements and implement these in our business intelligence tools.
Launch new products by collaborating with our Key Account, Customer Support and Marketing teams.
A/B test products after launch and collect opportunities for further improvements.
What you'll definitely need
2+ years of software product owner experience in an Agile environment.
Experience with owning a team's vision, strategy and roadmap.
A great ability to analyze complex data and make well informed product decisions.
Experience with validating and quantifying the impact of new features on our customers.
Great English written and verbal communication skills including the creation and delivery of presentations to stakeholders.
EU citizenship, residence or Swedish work visa.
What we'd love you to have
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
Knowledge or prior experience in the travel industry.
Knowledge of the Business Process Management discipline.
Experience using Atlassian suite incl. Jira and Confluence.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Amazon's Quicksight.
Knowledge of user testing tools such as Google Optimise and Hotjar.
Experience with working directly with customer service and sales teams.
Your personal nature
You are extremely structured, well organised and can't stand chaos.
Rather than work alone, you prefer to source ideas and feedback from your team-mates and customers.
You live the 'Power of proof' value, and make decisions based on data rather than opinions.
You are open, honest and not afraid to make mistakes along the way.

One login to build and manage their listings, distribute to 25+ OTA channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, TripAdvisor, source and process Direct Bookings (from their website, email campaigns, social media etc) and manage all their bookings in one place.
