About our R&D - System Design & Integration
Our department consist of around 200 people responsible for Active Safety, enabling driver assistance and collision avoidance functions.
We are also responsible for making Autonomous Driving a reality. To make this happen we are working closely with different stakeholders including software developers and sensor teams responsible for state-of-the-art LiDARs, ultrasonic sensors, cameras and radars. Our team is now looking for a Product Owner for System Design and Integration.
We are looking for a natural leader skilled in encouraging people and clearing out expectations, obstacles, and interfaces. You are a structured self-motivated leader as well as a team player with strong experience in agile development. This is a broad area with a lot of interfaces and it's important that you can see both the big picture and to be able to understand the technical details.
You have a solid background in product development and have a passion for system design, software, and cars. You also have experience working with system safety and cyber security.

Your key tasks
You will be responsible for creating and prioritizing the backlog while defining the roadmap for our system to enable autonomous drive and active safety functions. With your help you will have a team of 35, divided in smaller team. You will also work closely with other Product Owners and various stakeholders to define a clear vision and strategy.
Your leadership will help the team to understand their purpose and you will work closely to design relevant work packages and deliveries. You will stimulate and motivate the teams to solve complex problems with an analytical, systematic approach. In your area you need to be able to work in a structured way, adopt to new tools and have clear communications while balancing expectations and needs in future platforms. You will be responsible for securing all the safety and security levels that are needed.

We are looking for a leader who is a true team player. You are curious and eager to create technical clarity for your agile teams - you inspire and empower them to contribute with their extensive experience and innovativeness. You also have an uncanny ability to think holistically, cut through the "noise" and translate complex business/technical scenarios into a prioritized product backlog.

You have:
• MSc/BSc within electronics, mechatronics, software or similar.
• More than 8 years of experience from SW and system design work.
• Experience from Software architecture design in complex embedded systems.
• Solid coding experience in C/C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of different safety standards (SOTIF, ISO26262) along with cybersecurity awareness and experience
• Worked with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery/Deployment.
• Leadership experience from Agile way of working.
• Knowledge in ADAS and AD feature development.
• Good communication skills in English (speech and writing).
• Driver's license (B-level)

It's meritorious to have:
• Certified Agile or SAFE Product Owner certification.
• Machine learning, neural network and computer vision.
• Managing the 7 Software "-ilities".
