Who we are
As Global Online Business grows, we are looking for a passionate Product Owner for Payments & Billing that can bring value to our finance teams and ultimately to our customers. You will join the Direct Commerce Solution team and work together with finance process and delivery experts that focus on developing our new online subscription business - Care by Volvo. Within Online Business, Care by Volvo is Volvo Cars' new direct to consumer business model. Here you will be part of shaping the future of the company in one of our most prioritized areas. Your Mission
Your task is to create and build the backbone for our global consumer payments and billing capabilities that will deliver our online and subscription services. In this role, you will be the person driving improvements across the board and maximise value by owning and deciding upon priorities in the digital product team's backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the features and components. You are the voice of the user; you have a business perspective and technical knowhow.
You will also
• Be up to speed with the market trends in the area of consumer online payments and billing
• Set the Global Online Business roadmap as well as articulating the short- and long-term vision of the product to the team and relevant global stakeholders
• Set requirements on the product from various stakeholders, e.g. business users and architects
• Own, build, prioritize, decide and refine the stories in the backlog including defects and enablers
• Support during development and sign off User Acceptance Testing
• Work with delivery teams to refine processes and solve operational issues
• Coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include
• Leading and driving product strategy as a Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years
• Building and operating online consumer payments and billing solutions within a global multimarket environment (both front end and back end)
• Accounting competence
• Financial ERP-systems, preferably SAP/S4Hana
• Agile development methodologies in digital product teams
• Bachelor's degree, preferably within finance
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
