The Team & Product-

Cost & Markup is one out of eight product teams within the product area Merchandise Financial Planning, where we aim for enable strong merchandise financial planning across all brands, channels, and regions within H&M Group.
The Product Team is a small team but with large impact. You will lead a cross-functional, globally distributed, multi-competent product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company.

Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering cost, mark-up and price information 24/7 to users across the world and throughout the assortment life cycle.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results (OKRs) that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies. With support from Engineers and other team members, you will also be responsible for creating great tech solutions for your product and you are also taking the operational responsibility for these.
Furthermore, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
Drive and secure solutions are built on modern technology to optimize value and efficiency
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration across relevant business functions in the broader company
Translate customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the product
Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles
Align with other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other products and common KPIs are maintained
Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team

Qualifications

We believe you have a background from the business side and a great interest of tech or a more technical background. The Product Owner has great leadership skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Focus is on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability to deliver exceptional customer and business results.
Have 2-5+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager or equivalent experience
Familiar with digital development and/or experienced in driving cross-functional process and tech implementations in the organization
Have experience from product roadmap development & management, product mission & OKR creation or similar business strategy and goal process
Have a commercial understanding (budgeting, P&L)
Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it through effective and powerful communications
Experience in leading and supporting hands-on agile software development, scrum master or similar
Experience from working with IT development teams from ideas and requirements, to implementation, delivery and maintenance
Preferably have a background as business analyst and/or architect
Cloud experience (Azure) is a plus

Qualifying requirements:

Experience from working with distributed and/or outsourced teams
Technical background/education
Worked with agile development tools such as JIRA and confluence
