What this job is about
In this position, you're our marketing automation platform expert and the global product and demand owner for it. You cover the whole scope, from gathering and prioritizing demands for development to implementation and communication around new releases and changed functionality. This means that you coordinate and secure that platforms and data-sources are aligned and supporting the business processes and customer needs. You ensure efficient processes and a connection on a strategic level between technology and all our users - globally and locally - and manage the roadmap for the Marketing Automation platform together with business and IT. You're the speaking partner for process owners and functional managers, to ensure that we identify and implement new marketing technology and tools as the market changes. Securing high quality, efficiency and a global perspective are natural parts of the job, and you lead and participate in different minor development projects.
This position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm, Sweden and we would like you to frequently be present at one of our sites. We value our time together as a team and we believe it is important to maintain solid personal networks and smooth collaboration, however we also offer you the possibility to work remotely (a couple of days per week) when your tasks allow you to.
We're looking for a skilled and curious team player
You have at least three years' experience from working with digital marketing or marketing technology. Skills in Marketo or similar systems is an advantage, and you have a genuine interest in IT and marketing technology. While a university degree is nice to have, the equivalent knowledge gain from working is just as appreciated. As we act globally, you need to communicate effortlessly in both written and verbal English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
Your personality truly matters to us. You're a networking team player and a self-driven doer at the same time; you know that timely deliveries and successful launches takes team force. With a holistic view on both the business and your own work, you easily prioritize and have a high focus on deliveries. An overall understanding of Sandvik Coromant's marketing and sales processes is a must in this role. To achieve this, you need to establish a broad internal network and you understand the importance of stakeholder management and clear communication in this mission.
