Kambi has successfully transformed from being an in-house Sportsbook to being the World's leading Sportsbook B2B service.
As a product owner at Kambi you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing product development that will improve our sportsbook service. You will be the person who steers the day-to-day plan for one, or sometimes two, development teams. All in all, your main responsibility is to ensure that your team spends its' time on the most valuable things in order to create a great sportsbook service.
In this particular role, we are looking for a product owner have responsibility for regulatory reporting and working with products improving Kambi's ability to enter new and existing markets. You will work in the stream Market Access that is responsible for setting up new customer integrations and the products included in this process.
There will be opportunities to travel to our other offices and learn the business from the inside.
Responsibilities:
• Own the product backlog, plan, and lead refinement sessions / groomings as the product expert
• Create, maintain, and refine the vision for a part of the product
• Continuously discover, slice and plan what value to build
• Prove that the efforts of you and your development team produces value
• Communicate and educate on your products with the support of communication experts
• Act as a driver for specific product development initiatives
• When needed, engage with customers and users globally
We expect you to:
• Have complete understanding of the product owner role and what is expected of you when working with development teams
• Be comfortable with driving product discovery, which depending on the specific product and need may require vastly different methods.
• Have a high service level and handle tasks coming from both internal and external stakeholders
Desirable backgrounds for this employment are:
• Experience of working with agile product development
• Have background from employments as system scientist, business administration, law, compliance and regulatory reporting
• Experience of working daily in Excel
