Job Description
Ensure the readiness of the team's backlog in a SAFe context. As the bridge between the customer, product management and the developing team you will be involved in the program roadmap, vision, and refinement.
Your tasks:
Maximize the value of the product for users, customers, and the organization.
Own the team backlog.
Ensure quality of user stories.
Take an active part in Pre-PI plannings together with the Product Manager.
Plan PI scope for the team in line with team capacity.
Support process improvements.
Qualifications
Professional requirements:
Must have an academic degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or similar
Minimum 5 years of professional experience being an Product Owner or similar e.g. Technical Project Lead
Good English skills
Personal requirements:
Goal-oriented mindset and good analytical skills
Open and focused communication, which we find particularly important in our international and multi-cultural work environment

Strive for excellent quality
Team player with focus on reaching team goals
Differentiating:
Domain know-how in the automotive industry
Working experience in SAFe
