In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be working on implementing Quality Assurance best practices and designing our path towards full-scale DevOps
• Become a data driven decision maker, tracking progress towards our strategic and transformational targets
• Steer the vision of quality assurance improvements group wide and convey this through easy-to-understand roadmaps leading the way forward
• Work in a creative and engaging environment with focus on how focus on how up-to-date software development lifecycle principles can improve stability and efficiency
• Sharpen your communication and transformation skills by building a wide network in the bank
• Be responsible for transparent follow up towards top management and key stakeholders.
• Engaging a bank wide tech community around Quality Assurance through regular information meetings and special events
What is needed in this role:
• You have solid experience working in an agile environment and know how to work your way through a federated IT organization
• You bring experience working with the software development lifecycle and engineering practices
• You know how to digest complex information into easy-to-understand reports and presentations towards senior stakeholders
• You know when to shield the team and when to challenge the team in ways of working
• Collaboration is your middle name and breaking silos is what you do daily
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• You have strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Jira skills
• You strive to bring structure to ambiguity and having the house in order is a basis for your work
• You have a strong academic record and 1-4 years' experience in tasks like product ownership, project- and change management
