Our truck features become more advanced and the amount of software realizing these features increases continuously. The most business critical ECU's are developed in-house.
The team, You will be part of, is responsible for the embedded software platforms and the software integration of SW components to ECU hardware. Our integration framework is developed in-house and support continuous integration and delivery/deployment..
We need to extend the team with an agile Product Owner who is interested in managing a software platform that shall enable efficient software development, agile development methods and external collaboration with suppliers and standardization consortiums.

Core Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to deliver a software platform and connected toolchain that is used in all ECUs in Volvo's current & future electrical architectures, this includes software platforms for ECUs that are developed inside Volvo as well as ECUs that is developed by suppliers (Tier1). You are responsible to secure that the software platforms are continuously updated to follow the evolution of standardization. The software platforms includes, but not limited to, classic AUTOSAR v3, v4 and Adaptive AUTOSAR. You will have a lot of cooperation with suppliers of the software platforms and interact with all users of the platforms. It is important to follow and drive the standardization in directions important for Volvo.
The work is performed according to agile methods and as a Product Owner you are responsible for the backlog for the team working with the software platform.
Meriting Qualifications
It is meritorious if you have experience from different AUTOSAR implementations. It is also meritorious if you have experience from SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other agile scaling frameworks.
Experience from other software platforms are also meritorious and specifically experience around Posix in embedded environment.

You should have a drive to develop yourself as a professional and accept new challenges in our dynamic environment. An open multi-cultural mind-set is required.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in computer engineering / electronic engineering or equivalent
Several years of experience in embedded software development
Experience working with AUTOSAR
Experience as a Product Owner in an agile setup
Fluently in English, orally as well as in writing
