We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner for our build tools and platforms squad. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
In our tribe we are 130 developers, solution architects, testers and scrum masters dedicated to building and maintaining our new digital backend.
What you'll do
As a Product Owner of Development Tools you will be part of the Performance squad, on a mission to ensure a world class developer experience. The team is made up DevSecOps experts specialized in build tools, CI/CD-pipelines and system operations on cloud infrastructure.
Now we are looking for you who loves to play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining internal tools and applications used by the whole organization. Your main responsibility is to lead the team and create a roadmap with activities that aligns with our mission. You own and is responsible to implement the CI/CD - strategy across the company; you advocate and educate the organization in the tools that is available to them. You collect feedback and new requirements from the rest of the organization to create the backlog for the team.
Who are you
* We believe you have a strong technical background hand have multiple years of development experience
* You are passionate about automatization and have the know how to implement best practices within our delivery pipeline and application monitoring
* You are analytical and are accustomed to making decisions
* You enjoy working in a team and you are the servant leader of the squad and we believe you have prior experience in a team lead role
* We believe you have good communication skill and a lean agile mindset.
From a technical perspective we believe you have prior hands on experience with the following products and technologies:
* Github Enterprise
* Linux/RHEL - administration
* Groovy
* Jenkins/Nexus
* Elastic Stack
* Kubernetes.
