We are looking for you who is passionate about building unique customer experiences via digital channels. You are a strong communicator and motivated by our vision of providing a better everyday life for the many people.
We've embarked on an exciting journey to transform our shopping centres into destinations. We call these destinations meeting places. Together with IKEA and other partners Ingka Centres co-create virtual and physical meeting places where the many can meet, find what they need, and connect with their communities and the world.
We have big plans for the future that involve expanding to new locations, opening smaller-scale concepts closer to the city centers, digitalization of a typically physical experience and living up to shared sustainability goals. Does it sound exciting?
We believe you have experience in:
• Product development, preferably in the Martech, retail or other commercial contexts
• Developing relevant technology projects in an international company and environment
• Designing and delivering impactful omnichannel experiences
• Agile delivery and DevOps environments, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing, cross-functional product teams
• Turning insights into actions and work in a data-driven fashion, manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment with great attention to details
• Seeing the bigger picture, setting the right priorities for yourself and leading others to do so as well
You should have a university degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or equivalent. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Our customer channels are one of the most important places where our global brand comes to life. As a product owner of customer channels, you will ensure that our new global brand comes to life by using best practices when it comes to managing a global product, with many local flavors.
You will lead the design and development of the customer channels where our customers interact digitally with our meeting places. This includes 27 websites and one mobile app. Thanks to your passion for business and cutting-edge technology, as well as your entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mind-set, you focus on potential improvements and results.
Leading agile projects interdependently with a servant leadership style, you will be overall responsible for balancing the business and customer priorities for your product team. You bring experience from working in an agile fashion, leading DevOps teams.
As a Product Owner you will:
• Define and develop the product vision, strategy, roadmaps and value indicators
• Lead external development teams, securing critical competence to successfully deliver value through digital channels
• Proactively evaluate new technologies and market trends and provide technology/digital recommendations and new capabilities in order to deliver better business results
• Lead the design and delivery of the product by applying relevant strategies, complying with relevant frameworks, methods and tools, securing the delivery to the set objectives
• Working collaboratively with other digital teams to refine the backlog and identify cross journey dependencies
• Facilitate the dialogue between stakeholders in the Marketing team and in our meeting places.
You will report to our Product Manager B2C, and your place of work will be Malmö.
