About the job
As part of Alfa Laval digital transformation, we have created a global organization working with whole Alfa Laval to grow and improve our commercial solutions to generate better customer and business value. We are setting ourselves up to work agile, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and our value stream (Lead to Cash) is now looking for experienced Product Owner to our Commercial Excellence team. To support our business and our customers in the best possible way, we strongly believe in a customer centric "outside in" approach. Your job as Product Owner will be to refine business demand, maintain the team backlogs and support the development team to ensure future success.
What You Know
You are a strong communicator with good presentation skills. You have a technical background, and a solid understanding of the complex of IT solutions. You are well aware of Agile development methodologies and have experience of Scrum. It's beneficial if you also have experience from working with the SAFe framework, as well as CRM solutions. As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
