As a Product Owner for Client Empowerment, you are responsible for leading the Player Value Sub Stream towards it's stream mission:

Achieve sportsbook UX leadership by empowering operators and 3:rd party developers to design and develop unique, differentiating services and features on top of/integrated with Kambi's core client, mix these over time while maintaining consistent user experience.

Your main focus will be on:

• Managing development relationships and collaboration with Operators and 3rd party developers
• Development and maintenance of Client Empowerment strategy & Client API functionality

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the end-users; the segments and their needs and motivations. Understand the customer journey including pain- and pleasure points.
• Understanding operator needs (Services, functions, communication, information, collaboration, ...)
• Convert end-user & operator insight into product improvement from vision and product discovery, through implementation and when in production.
• Own & maintain prioritized stream backlog for discovery and delivery
• Aligning Empowerment solutions with Kambi Design System to ensure compatibility and consistency over time
• Manage feature life cycles by following up actionable learning after launch
• Communicate value based plans & progress to internal and external stakeholders
