We are now looking to strengthen the product department with a Product Operations Lead. As a Product Operations Lead you manage a small team currently consisting of a product specialist, a product coordinator, and two tech writers. You'll drive risk management processes and compliance for our portfolio of products and support core software processes across different products.
Responsibilities include
• Manage a group of talented specialists, currently a team of 4
• Set goals and plan for the product operations teams, execute and follow-through
• Process development for key operational processes such as translations of the platform, production, and updating user manuals, release notes to name a few
• Drive the risk management process
• Develop a way of working with risk management that scales across markets and compliance areas.
• Own the inhouse risk management system
• Calibrate risk evaluations with internal stakeholders such as specialist medical staff, head of clinical products, legal, and product managers.
• Facilitate the risk acceptance process with senior management
We believe you
• Interested in healthcare and technology
• 3-5 years of experience in product development within fields like software development, healthcare, pharma, MedTech or similar.
• Experience in supporting software development processes and compliance ie from ISO-certified (especially ISO 14971:2019) or MDR-governed operations is merited.
• Structured way of working and good at synthesizing information
• Master degree from computer science, business, and economics or similar
