Description
We are looking for a Product & Process Manufacturing Engineer for Body Shop who will work with;
• Process planning and calculations for new/rebuilt manufacturing equipment
• Project management for new manufacturing equipment from order to installation phase
• Analyzes of the manufacturability and give feedback to Product Engineering department of possible product solutions to support the manufacturing requirements for the given process (welding, gluing, mechanical joining etc.) and build sequence
• Feasibility and geometry studies
• Support during tryout and startup phase of new vehicles including analyze of product and process deviations
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• extensive experience in procurement, follow up and installation of new/rebuilt body shop process equipment
• a bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and/or 3 years of experience from the automotive industry
• knowledge of geometry analyze and feasibility studies in Body Shop
• experience of product engineering tools such as UG NX, Team Center and Robot-simulation software, e.g. Siemens Process Simulate
To be successful in this role you need to
• be solution orientated and have the ability to solve problems
• have ability to prioritize - have ability to build good relationships
• be open for travels in the profession
You speak and write good English and Swedish
