Aurobay is looking for a Product & Process Engineer. The Section Product & Process Engineering is part of Manufacturing Engineering and has a global responsibility for the hybrid engines in Skövde and Zhangjiakou, China. The Section's responsibility is to ensure process driven product development and to enable development of efficient and quality assured production processes.

What will you do?
As a Product & Process Engineer you develop process methods throughout the lifecycle of components, together with the other roles in the group; Process Engineers, Verification Engineers, and BOM-engineer.
You will also:
• Lead cross-functional team to ensure a process-driven product development with focus on efficient and quality assured process solutions.
• Responsible to secure product commonality in all plants.
• Together with R&D create robust products (DFA/DFM) for the plants process using virtual methods.
• Carry out risk analysis (FMEA) regarding product.
• Support running production in quality issues.
• Lead the process solution on a product change within own area.
• Monitor and verify the product and process changes at virtual and physical builds.
This position will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership competencies, continue to build on your technical skills and gain deep product knowledge, as well as building and maintaining a network that includes people from all areas in the company.
The position requires some travelling.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent competence gained by experience. To be successful in this role, you have good communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious to have gained experience of product- and process development, research- and development work in leading positions.
It is also meritorious if you have knowledge of the processes, methods, and tools (Teamcenter) at Manufacturing and Research and Development. Skills in 6 Sigma competence is also a plus.
