We are looking for a Product & Application Specialist to Nouryon Levasil. The position can be located in Bohus Sweden or Cologne, Germany.Nouryon is an industry leader within specialty chemicals and we develop our products and processes with a sustainable future in mind. We are always looking for a smarter, safer and more sustainable way to invent, produce and transport our products. In this role you will belong to our sales organization and be the technical specialist. You will deliver technical support to our customers in the region and maintain optimal technical relationship with our clients. You will be the focal point for product and application knowledge. It will be your responsibility to translate our customers needs into business opportunities.Main responsibilitiesHandle application questions and technical discussions with customersMaintain active contact with technical staff and developers of our key customers and distributors and run development projects together with them.Lead investigations of customer claims and make the complaints into opportunities for improvement.Support, initiate and take part in R&D projects.Maintain close contact with our European plants and other important integrated supply chain stakeholders.Being an advocate of customer needs in to the Levasil organization thereby promoting that the right decisions being made for the business.Recommend product and process improvement based on customer input and other data (performance, cost, consistency)Take part of the the EMEIA sales team activities.Make statistical analyzes with purpose of continuous improvement.Responsible for keeping well-organized records of customer critical data..Job RequirementsMaster or Ph.D. in Chemistry and/or Chemical engineering5 years work relevant work experienceFluent in English and German.We believe that you have a service driven and structured personality.
