We are now embarking on an Experience driven product communication approach, and we are looking for a great storyteller to join us in this journey.

Typical day at work

As Product Marketing Specialist for the Taste & Care business within Home Care & Small Domestic Appliances, you will work in close collaboration with different teams across functions. You will develop leading-edge consumer benefit focused product propositions that are relevant and appealing to consumers and clearly position our Small Domestic Appliances products vs. competition. You will ensure the timely delivery of the checkpoints milestones as well as brief and influence the development of the marketing messaging and assets for product launches and commercial initiatives.

You will be part of framing all our objective driven marketing activity plans and media strategy into a consistent and interconnected plan, enabled by a data-driven approach to facilitate campaign as well as organizational effectiveness.

You will also coordinate the development of product concept definition and value proposition for our new innovations. You are also supporting in ensuring consistency and focus on all marketing initiatives centrally and across all business clusters, resulting in winning campaigns and storytelling for our main brands, Electrolux and AEG.

Who you are

You are a true team player, enthusiastic, energetic and proactive. You have experience of and can navigate in a matrix organization; cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder's management is key to succeed in this role. You are an excellent communicator and presenter and have analytical skills, can see the big picture and are driven by results and always strive for excellence. You have very good project management skills and you are a structured self-starter. If you have experience of working in consumer durable or FMCG industry, we consider this a plus. It is also beneficial if you have experience of premium categories. Furthermore, we believe you have a fair understanding of the traditional instore retail environment as well as online.

Minimum requirements:

• Academic degree in Marketing, Brand or Business
• Experience in Marketing, especially in Brand
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
