As Product Marketing Manager, you will be a part of a new team within the Product Management function. We create customer value every day by communicating employee benefits through our user portal, through digital channels such as mobile notifications and newsletters, and through classic print and customer events. We also work with product launches, sharing knowledge internally and externally about our product portfolio and how it supports tomorrow's way of attracting the best employees. Sounds fun, right? :)
WHAT YOU 'LL DO:
You 'll be part of a team that works close to our customer business and you will be an important player in reaching Benify goals of product usage and satisfaction. You can count on a very broad work field but the main responsibilities will be:
Customer- & Employee Communication: responsible for planning and execution of all communication activities in our user portals, in our digital channels as well as printed marketing material and other communication. This is done in close cooperation with our customer relations teams with the aim to increase customer engagement.
User Portal Management: everyday optimization of the content in our user portals, with the aim to drive traffic to our portals and increase the usage of our products. Are you the creative and strategic mind who can help us increase the conversion rate?
Product Communication: spread the word and knowledge across the entire company about our great products and new launches. Making sure we have state-of-the-art product material for our entire product portfolio. Securing that all colleagues in sales and customer relations have the tools and resources they need. You will also conduct Product Analysis and target audiences for different products together with product management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Degree in business or marketing
• 5+ years working experience and at least 2+ years of product marketing experience
• B2B experience
• Experience from a client focused position with good understanding of how to communicate with clients.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent people and cooperation skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Technical interest and an analytic mind
• And the golden product marketer combination of structure, planning ahead and a creative, agile mindset!
You are a goal oriented multitasker, have a pro-active approach and are a true team player. You take ownership of your work and find it motivating to manage many internal and external stakeholders. If you also are a true optimist with a great sense of humor you will fit the team perfectly.
